Joh 8:44 (TS2009)  “You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you wish to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has not stood in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks the lie, he speaks of his own, for he is a liar and the father of it.

satan is the father of the lie !!!! He doesn’t come with the ugliness of his kingdom straight out, he hides it ! He loves to cover the truth ! Eze 28:14  You were the anointed keruḇ that covered. And I placed you, you were on the set-apart mountain of Elohim. You walked up and down in the midst of stones of fire.

He changes the truth ever so slightly and then truth becomes a lie ! These changes are beautiful to look at, it is easy and good to listen to and so enjoyable to do ! It flatters our  human nature and satisfies self. The shalom peace of YHVH Elohim is replaced with an euphoric state which is not sustainable  and leaves you  craving for more! The adversary ensnares the children of the Most High at every chance he gets. Once you believe the lie he destroys you with doubt and self pity because you never measure up to the Word  or to your peers, believers and non-believers, who always seem to have everything together all the time in every aspect of their lives.

He attacks our faith and alienates us from FATHER GOD ! We start doubting the promises in the Living Word! We become numbed to the voice of our Counselor, Ruach Ha’Kodesh and we remove ourselves from the presence of our Bridegroom King, Yeshua Ha’Moshiach.

The Word instructs us to resist the devil that means turn away immediately do not entertain his whiles even  for a second. Be steadfast in the reading of the Word everyday, seek fellowship  continuously with FATHER YHVH and keep covenant with your Bridegroom King! The great  “I AM” is our life’s breath, He is all sufficient, He is life within us. He will quicken our spirits to immediately discern a lie. We have to resist  the enemy with the living Word as Yeshua did in Mat4:1-11.

Nothing has changed the enemy tempts us every day in the same way as he did Yeshua we need to respond as Yeshua did to avoid enslavement and destruction. YHVH Elohim is our shield in Him is protection from the enemy and Wisdom to resist the enemy. In the Great I AM is life everlasting through the blood of our Messiah Yeshua. An immovable, indestructible truth for all eternity for all generations! 

Let’s pray:
Father today I want to pray 1Pe 5: 6-11 over all of us:
1Pe 5:6  Humble yourselves, then, under the mighty hand of Elohim, so that He exalts you in due time,
1Pe 5:7  casting all your worry upon Him, for He is concerned about you.
1Pe 5:8  Be sober, watch, because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
1Pe 5:9  Resist him, firm in the belief, knowing that the same hardships are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
1Pe 5:10  And the Elohim of all favour, who called you to His everlasting esteem by Messiah יהושע, after you have suffered a while, Himself perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.
1Pe 5:11  To Him be the esteem and the might forever and ever.
